Shipping Policy

Where we ship. United States (all 50 states), Canada, United Kingdom, Australia. Other countries: contact us first.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri). You receive a confirmation email immediately and a tracking email once the parcel ships.

Delivery time (after processing).

• United States: 7–15 business days (standard). Free on orders over $35, otherwise $4.95.
• Canada / UK / Australia: 10–20 business days, $7.95.

Some items ship from partner warehouses overseas to keep prices low; that is why delivery takes longer than a domestic parcel. Tracking updates may pause for a few days while the parcel is in transit between carriers — this is normal.

Multiple items. Items may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You are only charged shipping once.

Wrong address. Double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will reship it once you cover the new shipping fee.

Lost parcels. If tracking shows no movement for 30 days (US) or 45 days (international), email support@cosmently.com with your order number and we will reship or refund — your choice.

Customs. International orders may be subject to import duties set by your country. These are not included in our prices.
