By using cosmently.com or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products. We sell pet accessories, costumes, and lifestyle products. Product photos and videos are for illustration; colors may vary slightly by screen. Sizes are given in each product's size chart — measure your pet before ordering.

Pricing and payment. Prices are in US dollars unless a different currency is shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time. Volume discounts and promotions are applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated. Payment is captured when you place the order.

Order acceptance. An order confirmation email means we received your order, not that we accepted it. We may cancel and refund any order for reasons including stock errors, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Shipping and returns. Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Use of the site. You agree not to misuse the site, scrape it, upload malicious code, or infringe the intellectual property of Cosmently or others. Content on the site (text, images, videos, logo) belongs to Cosmently or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Pet safety. Products are for supervised use. Never leave a pet unattended in a costume or accessory. You are responsible for choosing products suitable for your pet.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosmently is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
